PresenceU offers non-clinical spiritual, story, and relationship coaching, along with educational resources that blend theology, psychology, and neuroscience.

- Using this site or working with us does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or attorney-client relationship.

2. Not Therapy / No Professional Advice
PresenceU and its coaches are not acting as your licensed mental health provider, physician, or attorney.

- Always consult your licensed healthcare provider or other qualified professional regarding any physical, mental, or emotional health concerns.
- You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase coaching from us, except as described in Section 4 (Coaching with Minors), where a parent or legal guardian engages our Services on behalf of a minor. By using the site, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.
4. Coaching with Minors
PresenceU primarily serves adults. At times, we may offer coaching to minors under the age of 18 only with the consent and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
By engaging our Services for a minor, you represent that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or that you have full legal authority to act on their behalf. You agree to:
- Provide truthful information about the minor,
- Be involved in scheduling, payment, and overall support, and
- Participate in sessions as requested or recommended, when appropriate.
Our coaching is non-clinical and does not replace therapy, medical care, or other professional services. If a minor is in crisis or at risk of harm, you agree to seek immediate help from appropriate emergency, medical, or mental health services.
5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

By purchasing a coaching session, course, or product, you agree to:
- Provide accurate billing information.
- Authorize us or our payment processor (such as Stripe, PayPal, or others) to charge your chosen payment method.
- Abide by the cancellation and refund policy stated at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, including suspected fraud or misuse.
6. Intellectual Property
